Dean Beletich works in a range of media, both traditional and experimental. In a series of recent photographic exhibitions he has displayed a rare ability to capture the mood and intrinsic character of his subjects with extraordinary clarity, the tonal qualities superbly adjusted to reflect a very personal creative vision. There is often a surreal and humorous element in his images, making them both memorable and gratifying to the viewer.
